Every year, the Aveda salons of the Gulf Region sell raffle tickets for the entire month of April, and all proceeds go to us here at the Gulf Restoration Network. And the winner of the 2013 Earth Month Drawing for the Rediscover New Orleans Package is… Paul Kuzmich from Austin, Texas!
