Laura-Sage Marshall


Laura-Sage Marshall, Resisting Dirty Energy Campaign Coordinator. Laura-Sage coordinates collaborative campaigns among groups and individuals, with a focus on frontline communities across the Gulf of Mexico region. Her work includes halting the petrochemical, oil, and gas buildout, and pushing forward a just transition for the region. Her background in farming from a food justice lens and community herbalism has strengthened her dedication to land based liberation movements. After training at Farm School NYC and the Urban Sustainability program at Brooklyn College, Laura-Sage is continuing her education in the Health Arts and Sciences department at Goddard College. Outside of work, she enjoys stewarding land, working on her herbal medicine project FUNKY SISTA APOTHECARY, and singing karaoke.
