Secretary Ray Mabus is in the Gulf Coast this week to hold a series of listening sessions in Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, Louisiana and Texas. The meetings are to provide Gulf coast residents an opportunity to offer long-term economic and environmental restoration ideas with the Secretary. The more concretet the idea the better.
