Kourtney Revels is a native Houstonian with over eight years of experience advancing health and education outcomes across the city. Her work focuses on creating equitable opportunities for families and youth in historically underserved communities.
As co-founder of the North East Coalition for Advancement and Transformation, Kourtney leads efforts to strengthen community networks, promote wellness, and expand educational pathways in Houston’s northeast neighborhoods. She is also a passionate advocate for environmental justice, working to address the environmental and health disparities that impact marginalized communities. Her approach has centered on collaboration, grassroots leadership, and building a more resilient, informed, and equitable future for all Houstonians.
