Gulf Coast Whale Festival

Please join us for the Gulf Coast Whale Festival Sat. March 7 from 9 am – 3 pm CT at Gulfside Pavilion on Pensacola Beach. We are excited for the third year of this Festival, as we work to create a “whale culture” along the Gulf coast.
Educational exhibits and activities will tell the story of Gulf whales and local marine life, including a puppet parade and a life sized model of a Rice’s whale on display. Sweet sounds will flow from the Casino Beach Pavilion with live music by Pensacola singer-songwriters.
We’re calling for vendors who are interested in educating on environmental issues and marine life, including whales in the Gulf of Mexico. Booths and educational materials do not need to be about whales in order to participate, but we do ask that you include at least a little something about Gulf whales. Artists whose work connects with these themes are also invited.
Booth space for nonprofits and governmental organizations is available for free, but is limited. To apply please write: gulfcoastwhale@gmail.com
